Baked sea bass with potatoes and artichokes Milano Centrale

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 sea bass (400 gr),
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 artichoke,
  • Salt,
  • White wine.

Method:

Prepare the sea bass for cooking: scale and remove the guts, season the fish by adding a pinch of salt into the belly. Peel the potato and slice it. Wash the artichoke, cut it in half and thinly slice it. Oil an oven pan and line the bottom with the potato slices first, then with the artichoke slices. Add salt to taste and place the sea bass over the potato and artichoke slices. Add some olive oil on top and a glass of white wine (this will simmer until it is reduced). Cook in the over at 200° / 180° fan, for 20 minutes.
