200 g fresh egg noodles
1 lobster (350 g circa)
1 clove of garlic
How to cook:
Split the lobster in half; Cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic.
Put the lobster in a pan without a fire, garlic, a pinch of red pepper and tomatoes, add a little oil and turn on the stove over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn the half lobster and cook gently for 3-4 minutes until the ideal cooking
When the lobster is cooked, you can remove it but always keeping it warm, meanwhile pour a glass with a little ‘of boiling water into the sauce and continue cooking for a few minutes.
Boil the pasta in the abundant salted water, drain, add to the sauce and blow up everything for another minute.
Gently put the half lobster on plates still hot, spread the dough, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve in the company of a good glass of white wine.
