Sea bass baked with potatoes and artichokes

Ingredients (2 people):

1 Sea Bream – 400 gr
1 potato
1 artichoke
white wine

How to cook:

Prepare the bream for cooking, eviscerarla and deprive the scales, put a pinch of salt in the belly of the fish. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, wash the artichoke, separated into two parts and cut into small thin slices. Grease a baking dish and place the potato slices on the bottom and right after the sliced artichoke.

Put the salt and put the bream over the potatoes and artichokes; drizzle with olive oil and add a glass of white wine to shadow them.

Now you can put it in the oven and bake at 180 ° C / 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
